We offer three different payout timings: Payout on the day of check-in (Default Option), Monthly Payouts or a Payout a week before check-in. This ensures a simple, streamlined payout process.
Payout Timing Options
To select or change your payout timing:
Step 1: Log in to your Host Profile.
Step 2: Click on ‘Accounts’.
Step 3: Click on ‘Payout Settings’.
Step 4: Choose your preferred timing under ‘Payout Timing’.
Step 5: Save your preference.
Payout on the day of check-in (Default Option)
This option lets you receive each payout on the day guests check-in, offering prompt, per-booking payments without the hassle. This default option also helps reduce the risk and admin associated with processing refunds in the event of cancellations.
Monthly Payouts
If you prefer fewer transactions, you can receive a single monthly payout on the 5th of each month for all your previous month's check-ins. This option simplifies your bookkeeping and, like our default option, helps avoid any extra admin around cancellations and refunds.
Please note that it is only available on the Bank Transfer Payout Method.
Payout a week before check-in
With this option, you’ll receive your payout a little sooner, allowing you to receive your payout seven days before your guest's arrival. This option is ideal for early access to funds, and there is a small payout fee of R9.95 per booking.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take for payouts to process?
It depends on whether a Bank Transfer or a Virtual Credit Card (VCC) is used:

Bank Transfer: The guest’s payment will be deposited directly into your account on the selected payout date.

Virtual Credit Card (VCC): You can charge the VCC as soon as it's issued, with processing times varying based on your card provider’s policies.
Where can I view my payouts?
Log in to your Host Profile, click on ‘Accounts’, and select ‘Payouts’. This section provides a detailed overview of past and upcoming payouts.
Why aren’t some payments showing on my Payouts page?
Only confirmed payments are displayed in the ‘Upcoming Payouts’ section. If a guest’s payment hasn’t been cleared, it won’t appear in your payout details until it is confirmed.
Please note that for hosts who have opted for the Payout 7 Days Before Check-In, we understand that bookings made less than seven days before check-in can affect payout timing. To accommodate this, we’ll waive the R9.95 per booking fee for any payouts processed within this 7-day window.
