Updating Check-In Information and Directions

Ensuring guests have accurate and up-to-date information is crucial for a smooth check-in experience. Follow our instructions to update your check-in details and provide clear directions to your property. 

Step 1: Log in to your Host Profile

Step 2: Click on ‘Edit Content’ > ‘Check-in and Directions’

Step 3: Edit your check-in information, directions and check-in times

Step 4: Once you have completed the editing, click on ‘Save and Continue’ 

Tips for adding check-in information

  • Include any key details guests should be aware of on the day of check-in.

  • Include mandatory entry or conservation fees payable to parks or estates directly, and mention if these are cash-only.

  • Include any speed limits applicable within an estate or reserve/conservation area, and note if fines may apply for exceeding them.

  • Include clear directions for farms or properties that may be difficult to find.

  • Do not include information about extra fees or services offered at additional costs.
