Whether you're a seasoned host or new to the industry, there are times when you might need to pause your property’s availability temporarily. Snoozing a property allows you to take a break from bookings without permanently deactivating your property, giving you the flexibility to manage maintenance, renovations, or personal use of the space. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to effectively snooze your property, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your guests.
Hosts can snooze their property for a maximum period of three months for the following reasons:
-
Going on holiday
-
Renovations
-
Admin Action
With the snooze function, hosts have the option to select the day they would like their property to go live again. Hosts will receive an email notification on the day confirming that the property is live again.
If any changes were made to the listing, our consultants will review your property before it can be activated.
Step 1: Log into your host profile.
Step 2: Click on ‘Site Settings’ on your dashboard to snooze your property.
Step 3: Tick all three boxes indicating ‘Remove from live”, then click ‘Snooze’.
Step 4: Add the date when you would like your property to go live again.
Step 5: Select the reason for the snooze and then click on ‘Submit’.
