You can now link your Siteminder account directly to LekkeSlaap! Once connected, your rates and availability will automatically sync from Siteminder, saving you time and reducing manual updates.

How to connect your property

1. Make sure your property is created on LekkeSlaap before linking.

2. Let us know if your property needs to be linked with Siteminder.

3. We will temporarily deactivate your property during the linking process.

4. Complete the mapping process directly in Siteminder by following the setup prompts in your Siteminder account.

5. Once the connection is completed in Siteminder, let us know so we can verify the link and automatically receive your property’s rates and availability.

6. We will confirm that rates are displaying correctly and then reactivate your property once everything is synced.

Tips for a smooth setup

• Make sure your property is active and fully set up in Siteminder before starting the connection.

• Ensure your capacity on Siteminder matches your capacity on LekkeSlaap, as Siteminder only allows for adult guests.

• Confirm that each room type has valid rates and availability in Siteminder.

• If your rates don’t appear on LekkeSlaap after linking, double-check your mapping setup in Siteminder.
