How to Snooze Your Property

There may be times when you need to take a short break from accepting bookings, whether it’s for renovations, admin updates, or a well-deserved holiday. That’s where the Snooze function comes in.

Snoozing your property temporarily removes it from the website without permanently deactivating your listing. This gives you the flexibility to manage your space while knowing it’ll automatically go live again on the date you choose.

When Can You Snooze a Property?

You can snooze your property for up to three months for any of the following reasons:

  • Going on holiday

  • Renovations or maintenance

  • Admin tasks (e.g. updating content or rates)

You’ll also be able to choose the exact date your property should go live again. We’ll send you an email on that day to confirm that your listing is active.

Please note: If you made any changes to your listing while it was snoozed, our team will first review your updates before the property goes live again.

Step-by-step: Snooze Your Property

Step 1: Log in to your host profile.
Step 2: Click on 'Site Settings' in your dashboard.
Step 3: Tick the box labelled 'Remove from live', then click on 'Snooze'.
Step 4: Choose the date you’d like your property to go live again.
Step 5: Select a reason for the snooze and click on 'Submit'.

And that’s it — your property is now snoozed! You can rest easy knowing it’ll go live again automatically on your selected date.
