Help CenterYou can link your RoomRaccoon account directly to LekkeSlaap. Once connected, your rates and availability will sync automatically, saving you time and removing the need for manual updates.
How to connect your property
- Contact LekkeSlaap: Notify our team that you are ready to activate your RoomRaccoon integration. We will prepare your listing for connection on our side. We will temporarily deactivate your property to complete the linking process.
- Go to Marketplace: Log in to your RoomRaccoon account and navigate to the 'Marketplace' tab.
- Find LekkeSlaap: Search for 'LekkeSlaap' in the channels list.
- Enter Your LekkeSlaap ID: Follow the prompt to enter your unique LekkeSlaap ID to establish the account link.
- Map Your Categories & Rates: Match your RoomRaccoon room categories and rate plans to your corresponding LekkeSlaap room types.
- Publish & Sync: Click 'Connect' to finalise the setup. RoomRaccoon will automatically sync 12 months of rates and availability directly to LekkeSlaap. As soon as this is verified, your property will be reactivated on LekkeSlaap and ready for bookings.
Tips for a smooth setup
- Make sure your property is active in RoomRaccoon before requesting the connection.
- Keep an eye on your rates in RoomRaccoon; these will automatically sync to LekkeSlaap.
- If things take longer than expected, you can follow up with either our Support Team or RoomRaccoon Connectivity Support.
