How to Link Your Booking.com Calendar Using iCal

If you're listing your property on more than one platform, linking your calendars is an easy way to avoid double bookings and keep your availability up to date. By using iCal to link your Booking.com calendar to your LekkeSlaap calendar, both platforms will sync automatically, saving you time and admin.

This helps create a more seamless experience for customers and gives you peace of mind.

Step-by-step: Link Booking.com to Your LekkeSlaap Calendar

Before you begin:

  • Open your LekkeSlaap and Booking.com profiles in separate browser tabs so you can easily switch between them.

On LekkeSlaap

Step 1: Log in to your host profile.
Step 2: Click on 'Calendar Tools'.
Step 3: Under 'Calendar Integration', select 'iCal'.
Step 4: Click on ‘Enable iCal for this Property’ at the bottom of the page.
Step 5: Select ‘Booking.com’ from the list of platforms and click ‘Next’.
Step 6: A unique LekkeSlaap calendar link will appear — click ‘Copy Link’.
Step 7: Leave this tab open and switch to your Booking.com profile.

On Booking.com

Step 8: Log into your Booking.com extranet and select the property you'd like to link.
Step 9: In the menu, go to 'Rates and Availability' > ‘Sync Calendars’.
Step 10: Click on ‘Add Calendar Connection’.
Step 11: Paste the LekkeSlaap link you copied earlier.
Step 12: Click ‘Next Step’.
Step 13: Booking.com will now generate its own calendar link — copy this link and click ‘Done’.
Step 14: Switch back to your LekkeSlaap tab.

Final Steps on LekkeSlaap

Step 15: On the iCal screen, scroll to the Booking.com calendar integration section.
Step 16:
Paste the Booking.com calendar link into the required field.
Step 17:
Click ‘Import’.

You’ve successfully linked your calendars!

Any blocked dates or new bookings on either LekkeSlaap or Booking.com will now sync automatically, helping you stay on top of your availability and avoid calendar clashes.

Please note: It can take up to a few minutes for changes to reflect across both platforms.
