How To Add a Surprise Discount to a Booking Offer

Surprising a potential guest with an additional discount on their quote is a great way to increase your chances of turning an enquiry into a confirmed booking. Follow the steps and best practices below to add surprise discounts to quotes to maximise occupancy rates. 

Step 1: Log in to your Host Profile.

Step 2: Click on 'Requests & Bookings' > 'Booking Offers Sent'. 

Step 3: Click 'View' on the right side of the customer’s name. 

Step 4: Click on 'Give a surprise discount'.

Step 5: Select a discount of up to 35% and click 'Save'.
