If you request a deposit of less than 100% of the total booking value, it is your responsibility to collect any additional amount from the guest that may still be outstanding after they have paid the deposit to confirm their booking. Please refer to section 10.3 of our Terms and Conditions.
To ensure your guests receive a reminder of their outstanding balance before they check in, you can set a balance payment date on your property.
How to set a balance payment date
Step 1: Log in to your Host Profile
Step 2: Click on ‘Pricing’ > ‘Quoting Options’ > ‘Balance Payments’
Step 3: Select a balance payment option
Step 4: Select ‘Save Defaults’
